Messaging Terms & Conditions

General

When you opt-in to our messaging service, we will send you a confirmation message to verify your signup.

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from JBW Vapor Distribution, LLC DBA VapeTM. These automated messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile number you provided or any other number you designate.

Message frequency may vary. We reserve the right to adjust the frequency of messages sent, either increasing or decreasing the total number, as needed. We also reserve the right to change the phone number or short code used for sending messages.

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for questions about your text or data plan. Your wireless provider is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent to receive support, onboarding and marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time by texting "STOP." After sending "STOP," you will receive a confirmation message stating that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent. If you wish to re-enroll, simply sign up again as you did initially.

Transfer of Number

If you change or transfer your mobile number, you agree to either reply "STOP" from the original number or notify us at Info@VapeTM.com. Failing to do so may result in messages being sent to the new owner of your old number.

Messaging Terms Changes

We reserve the right to modify or terminate our messaging program at any time. Updates to these terms will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued enrollment in our messaging program after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
