Extended Warranty – Core
Full terms for the VapeTM Extended Warranty – Core (remote diagnostics and parts replacement). No on‑site service. Available in +1 or +2 year extensions following the manufacturer’s 1‑year warranty.What’s included

1. Parties and Definitions
Provider/Obligor: VTM Vending LLC dba VapeTM (“VapeTM”). Administrator: VapeTM unless otherwise specified on the Order Form. Customer: As identified on the Order Form. Covered Product: VapeTM machine identified by serial number(s) on the Order Form.
2. Term; Start of Coverage
Coverage begins the day after the manufacturer’s 1‑year warranty expires and continues for the purchased extension term (+1 or +2 years). If the plan is purchased after delivery, proof of delivery may be required.
3. Scope of Coverage
Remote Diagnostics. VapeTM will provide remote diagnostic support within one (1) business day of a properly submitted claim.
Parts Replacement. For covered failures due to defects in materials or workmanship, VapeTM will supply replacement parts with installation guides for Customer self‑install.
No On‑Site Service. This Service Contract does not include on‑site labor or technician visits.
Replacement Remedy. If a covered failure cannot be remedied via parts replacement, or required parts are unavailable for more than fourteen (14) consecutive days, VapeTM may, at its option, provide a refurbished or new replacement unit. Standard curbside freight is included in the contiguous U.S.; accessorials are the Customer’s responsibility.
4. Exclusions
This Service Contract does not cover: cosmetic items; normal wear and tear; damage from misuse, abuse, improper installation, vandalism or theft, power irregularities or surges, water ingress, vermin, corrosion, or operation outside published environmental specifications; third‑party modifications or non‑approved parts; software, subscriptions, SIM or data plans, and any external networks.
5. Claim Procedure
Submit claims via the VapeTM portal or support line with serial number, error logs/photos, and problem description. VapeTM will triage within one (1) business day and, if covered, issue an RMA. In‑stock replacement parts ship next business day by Ground (see Section 6 for shipping options). Customer must return failed parts using the prepaid label within thirty (30) days of receipt of replacement parts.
6. Shipping and Returns
Outbound parts shipping (contiguous U.S.). Ground service included. Customer may upgrade per claim to 2‑Day (+$35) or Overnight (+$75) per shipment.
Return shipping. Prepaid label provided. If failed parts are not returned within thirty (30) days, VapeTM may charge MSRP for the unreturned part.
Full‑unit replacements. Standard curbside freight included in the contiguous U.S.; accessorials (e.g., liftgate, inside delivery, appointment) billed at cost. International shipments: Customer pays duties/taxes and any freight overage beyond VapeTM’s standard subsidy.
7. Limits; Transfer; Title
Total liability. VapeTM’s total liability under this Service Contract will not exceed the original purchase price of the Covered Product.
Transfer. This Service Contract may be transferred with sale of the Covered Product if the transferee registers within thirty (30) days.
Fulfillment. Replacement or refund of the original purchase price (or provision of a replacement unit) fulfills VapeTM’s obligations for that serial number.
8. Customer Obligations
Provide accurate information and follow VapeTM diagnostic instructions; perform self‑install of parts as directed and return failed parts within the RMA window; maintain proper power, environmental conditions, and network connectivity.
9. Disclaimers; Limitation of Liability
THIS IS A SERVICE CONTRACT, NOT INSURANCE. Except as required by law, VapeTM disclaims all implied warranties. In no event will VapeTM be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business interruption.
10. Default; Cancellation
Default. Non‑payment or failure to return parts may result in suspension or cancellation after notice.
Customer cancellation. Customer may cancel for a pro‑rata refund less claims paid and a reasonable administrative fee as permitted by law.
11. Governing Law; Dispute Resolution
This Service Contract is governed by the laws of the state indicated on the Order Form. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, and the parties waive class actions to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12. Privacy
Customer consents to VapeTM’s use of diagnostic data and logs for the purpose of providing service and improving product reliability in accordance with VapeTM’s Privacy Policy.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Order Form and Schedules, constitute the entire agreement and supersede prior proposals or communications regarding extended warranty coverage.
Schedules
Schedule A — Covered Components: cameras, mainboard/PCBA, power supply, wiring harnesses, sensors, door/lock assemblies, payment reader, display/controller, compressor/refrigeration system (if applicable).
Schedule B — Shipping Fees: Upgrade fees per Section 6; accessorials billed at cost (rate card available upon request).
