Whats Included: 

• Sticker for your machine to direct customer refund requests to VapeTM Support
• Refund management for all customer issues for your machine 
• Refunds are processed Mon-Fri 10am-10pm 
• Refunds are credit to customer payment method via your payment processor. Customer refunds are disbursed 2-3 days following confirmation of refund processing. 
• 6 month subscription term. Term auto-renews. 

Subscriptions are per machine. Each machine managed by VapeTM and within your account will require additional subscription activation. 

Subscriptions are processed on your behalf within your payment processor portal.
